Ordering an ArtHead Gift Certificate is easy, safe, and your satisfaction is always guaranteed. Gift certificates are available in any denomination from $10 to $500. We send gift certificates via U.S. Mail and they should arrive in approximately 3-7 business days.

Redeeming Your ArtHead Gift Certificate

Redeeming your gift certificate is simple. Just follow these easy steps and your gift will be on its way to you!

  1. Shop - Select the items you want.
  2. Order - Fill out the order form and make a notation that you will be redeeming your gift certificate.
  3. Provide code - Enter your gift certificate number (found in the lower right of the gift certificate.)
  4. Send the order form and gift certificate to us at ArtHead Studio, 45 Stimson Street, Palmer, MA 01069

The Fine Print
  1. Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates should be spent within 18 months from the date of issuance, which is the "expires" date included on the gift certificate. Gift certificate holders will be given an additional 6-month grace period to spend their gift certificates, and gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates will expire two years from the date of issuance.*
  2. Gift certificates must be redeemed either through the ArtHead Studio website (http://www.artheadstudio.com) or at the ArtHead show booth (see show schedule) toward the purchase of products listed in ArtHead Studio online catalog or displayed in the ArtHead Show booth.
  3. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase other ArtHead Studio gift certificates.
  4. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
  5. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.
  6. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a check, debit card or credit card.
  7. Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
  8. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates
  9. ArtHead Studio will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is either redeemed through the ArtHead Studio website or is redeemed and used to make purchases at the ArtHead show booth.
  10. ArtHead Studio may provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift certificates.
  11. ARTHEAD STUDIO MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CERTIFICATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CERTIFICATE CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CERTIFICATE. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT A PPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
  12. ArtHead Studio reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion.
